HOW TO USE ECDYSTERONE

Ecdysterone can be effective at dosages as low as 12mg a day. The study that did a human trial used a generic supplement that was marketed as 100mg ecdysteroid per capsule.
However, it only included 6mg of active ingredients, and they took 2 capsules a day. Even at that dosage, the subjects gained a total of 1.5kg of lean muscle mass.

As you can see its become another supp on the shelf..Been taking this a few weeks now. I was training for strength when I first started and it definitely helped with that. I started increasing weight much quicker than before. The bigger deal for me though was the recovery factor. I have always taken a little longer than average to recover. A little under 3 days (about 4 pills in 68 hours) after I began taking the supplement (1 pill in morning, 1 pill in evening), I broke a PR I had been stuck on for literally half a year. I kept only being able to hit 2 reps for 225 on Bench, 3 days after i started taking the Ecdysterone supplement, i was able to get 3 reps out. I did experienced an increase in strength using ecdysterone, but I also experienced an increase in endurance and energy using turkesterone.As mentioned by Nutriissa, both products are almost the same and each person will see different results using the products. I use these to keep my hormone levels in check and reduce muscle loss and to fight fatigue. However this is on a small scale. These pills are only effective if you are consistent. These help keep my weight what it should be, I am an active person I never stop moving. I find that taking testosterone supplements works but stomach doesn’t; tolerate them so i take these. The Ecdysterone seems to get absorbed better than Testosterone depending on the company’s choice of ingredients
