Im not one to write reviews, but yeah this product does produce improvements. Now I did get some energy from it not a big surge like some people claim, no jitters or felt a crash after and it did improve my reps, I honestly didn’t get as tired as I usually do in my workouts. But one thing I did notice is that my muscles felt pumped long after I left the gym, I probably could of gone back to the gym for another workout I just ordered 2 more bottles while the price is still reasonable.

These help keep my weight what it should be, I am an active person I never stop moving. I find that taking testosterone supplements works but stomach doesn’t; tolerate them so i take these. The Ecdysterone seems to get absorbed better than Testosterone depending on the company’s choice of ingredients
